Please review carefully before using or selling any Westcoast Saw, LLC product:
Westcoast Saw, LLC, its affiliates, agents, and employees, and all persons acting on its or their behalf (collectively, “Westcoast Saw”), disclaim any and all liability, relating to this product and related services. Westcoast components are to only be used for display and exhibition purposes. Keeping, using or allowing use of Westcoast component-modified products indicates your agreement to this disclaimer.
Westcoast Saw produces components for certain chainsaw products manufactured by one or more different manufacturers (the “Products”), and makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding the suitability of the Products for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Westcoast Saw disclaims (i) any and all liability arising out of the application or use of any Product, (ii) any and all liability, including without limitation special, consequential or incidental damages, and (iii) any and all expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for particular purpose, non-infringement and merchantability.
Any statements made by Westcoast Saw in any Product specification are not binding statements about the suitability of Products for a particular application. It is the customer’s responsibility to validate that a particular Product with the properties described in the Product specifications is suitable for use in a particular application. Product specifications may vary in different applications and performance may vary over time. All operating parameters, including typical parameters, must be validated for each customer application by the customer’s technical experts. Due to the modifications made on the Products, the chainsaw manufacturer warranties may no longer be recognized or valid. Under no circumstances will Westcoast Saw be liable for the voidance of your chainsaw manufacturer’s warranty.
The use of the Products may cause the chainsaws to no longer comply with federal or state emissions standards. It may be illegal to tamper with the chainsaws’ systems and you assume all risk with any modifications to the chainsaw’s emissions and Westcoast Saw shall not be responsible for any criminal or civil liability which you may incur as a result of your use of the Products.
Always operate any chainsaws in a safe manner in compliance with the manufacturer’s directions.
IMPROPER USE OF PRODUCTS COULD RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. CUSTOMERS USING OR SELLING PRODUCTS VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED OR SUSTAINED WHILE USING OR SELLING PRODUCTS, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF WESTCOAST SAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION FROM WHATEVER CAUSE.
No license, express or implied, by estoppel or otherwise, to any intellectual property rights is granted by this document or by any conduct of Westcoast Saw. Product names and markings noted herein may be trademarks of their respective owners.
