Westcoast Saw's classic 3-point design is now available in a shorter length and height.

This is the ultimate accessory for arborists or customers running a shorter chainsaw bar (28" and less). Ideal for cutting hardwood trees with thin bark.

Crafted from proprietary ultra-high strength steel, these 3-point felling dogs (bumper spikes) are designed for durability and efficiency.

Features

  • High-Strength Construction: Made from proprietary ultra-high strength steel for maximum durability.

  • Improved Cutting: The longer center dog aligns perfectly with the chain kerf, providing better articulation and a smoother, more effortless cut.

  • Made in the USA: Quality manufacturing you can trust.

Installation Notes

  • Chain Roller Requirement: Dual felling dog setups must include a chain roller for additional strength and support. Without a chain roller, stress may cause the outside dog to fracture. We only guarantee our felling dogs if you use the chain roller (sold separately).

Perfect

Great bite for anchoring the bar to roll into the tree, without taking too much away from the effective length of the bar. Very strong and sharp, confident they will hold up well. Perfect for Midwest hardwoods.
