I use the plates for my 3/8 and 3/8lp chain and they are great, had some issues with the nano plate though may have been user error but I feel like the other plates are idiot proof.
I let them know that after using the nano plate on my chain after its first filing that it was messed up, rakers were set way too llow, They responded quickly and sent me out a new chain for my troubles.
