Available in black, this liner fits the vintage McDonald hard hats. The liner has 6 points of connection and is fully adjustable. Handmade in the USA of real leather, this liner is crafted by a local expert upholsterer.

This liner will not fit the 4-point McDonald hard hat, only the 6-point. Since the original clips may not work with it, we include them with the liner.

These liners have not been certified.

Customer Testimonial:
"The clips and six point harness produced by Westcoast Saw is a perfect way to refurbish and reuse these classic hard hats...The leather liner feels comfortable on your head. In fact, way more comfortable than any other hard hat I have ever worn." - Michael

Good quality

The liner fits really well and helps keep my hard hat on. The quality of the liner materials and the sewing look really good.
Installation is a bit of a challenge, but I was able to find a helpful video on Evergreen Organics channel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDsE5QlBlqs&pp=ygURbWNkb25hbGQgaGFyZCBoYXQ%3D
If you are buying one off of ebay, be aware that the McDonald 6 point hard hats were sized. I ended up with a size small and with some difficulty I made it work for my 7 3/8 sized noggin. If I can find a larger one I will probably pick it up and keep this one for a spare.

Mcdonald 6 point hard hat

Looks like great quality. Should include a diagram, it took me several attempts to get it together the way I think it would work best.

Design and quality at it's best.

This is a quality liner that will not disappoint. I'm still in the break in period and I already appreciate the thought that went into the liner's use of materials and construction. Hats off to the maker.
