Why Choose ‘Oregon’ Brand Chainsaw Chains?

A dull or low-quality chain slows you down, wastes fuel, and makes cutting a chore. That’s why we proudly offer a wide selection of Oregon® brand chains. Oregon is renowned for manufacturing highly durable and efficient chainsaw components, trusted by professionals worldwide.

There are 3 main types of chainsaw chains we offer at Westcoast Saw:

How do I figure out what chain I need for my chainsaw?

Finding the right chain for your chainsaw doesn’t have to be complicated. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Check Your Chainsaw’s Bar: The bar will specify the correct chain pitch, gauge, and number of drive links.
  2. Match the Chain Type to Your Needs: Full comp for a smooth and fast cutting chain on shorter bars, semi-skip for mid-size to long bars, and full skip when you want less pull on the motor when running long bars.
  3. Consider the Bar Length: Ensure the chain matches the number of drive links stamped on the length of your chainsaw bar.
